Business Principles

Sheer Simplicity

That’s how we run our business. We keep it simple. Tapping expertise from over 15 years in operational excellence working for Fortune 500 companies, we’ve learned the best way to be effective is to not over complicate things. Simplify our products, simplify our process, and simplify our sales channels.

And yes, we don’t offer brightly colored customized cables, made from exotic unicorn hair, that will create an out of body experience, elevating your soul to audio nirvana…. You get the picture. But we do make a damn good cable for a fraction of the price of those highly customized cables by keeping our products simple.

Helping Others

We love to give back to the community. It’s in our DNA and it’s the right thing to do.

Our team has been involved in community service for decades in our personal and professional lives, and we’d like to continue that tradition here at Audiophile Ninja. In the past, we have volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, blood donation centers, women’s shelters, food pantries, homeless shelters, humane societies, in addition to donating time and money to many other local community service organizations.

In fact, a portion of our profits each year are donated to charities, including cancer research and children’s hospitals. While there are thousands of charitable organizations out there, cancer and ailing children has directly impacted our family, friends, and co-workers, and is where we choose to place our focus for giving back. Know you’re helping make a difference as a portion of your purchase will directly go back to the community.

Environmentally Focused

From recycling our vendors packaging to using energy efficient LED lighting in our shop, we are committed to being as sustainable as possible. It’s who we are, and we only have one planet. Let’s keep it healthy.

Yes, it would be much cheaper and easier to ship our cables to you in a non-recyclable, plastic bubble envelope, but we choose to use a reusable and recyclable cardboard box. Yes, it costs a few cents extra, but in a world that is quickly becoming overrun with plastic, its a small price to pay.

And being LEAN driven, the AudiophileNinja team is always looking for new ways to be more efficient in our manufacturing processes.
